Join us for a women’s only ecstatic dance immersion at the beautiful sanctuary of Indigo Grace — a body led journey into expression, connection, and deeper liberation.
This is a space to soften and shed the layers,
so we can return to our natural essence —
our core being of love, light, and creative energy —
and allow ourselves to be fully expressed and empowered in our radiance.
Through movement, art, sound, and sisterhood, we gather in an intentional container to explore our authentic expression — without pressure, without performance… just curiosity and play.

WHAT TO EXPECT::
An immersive, gently guided experience weaving together:
Women’s talk circles · Creative expression · Body paint · Somatic breath + movement activation · Live ecstatic dance set · Sisterhood · Nourishment
No dance experience needed. Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement meditation —
there is no right or wrong way to move, only what feels true to you.
🌊 FLOW OF THE DAY
(We move with the natural rhythm of the space as we flow together)
2:00 PM — Arrival
Arrive, settle in, and land in the space
2:30 PM — Opening Circle
Grounding meditation, intention setting, and connection
(Doors close after this to honor the container)
3:30 PM — Creative Exploration + Connection
Time to simply be — connect, craft, enjoy the beauty of Indigo Grace, sip tea + cacao, and share vegan nourishment
Body paint activations available during this time with HausSparkle for those with the Radiance Pass
5:30 PM — Somatic Activation + Dance Journey
We return to the circle for a guided somatic breath + movement journey, opening into a live ecstatic dance set
A full-spectrum activation journey designed to awaken expanded states of awareness
and support you in embodying the radiant, creative, playful, sensual expression of your soul through sound and movement.
7:15 PM — Closing Circle
Integration, shares, and gentle landing

🌿 WHAT TO BRING
Come as you are, and bring:
– An open heart
– A water bottle (Kangen water will be available)
– Comfortable clothing that reflects your creative, authentic self
(We will be inside and moving — dress in a way that feels good to dance in, especially if receiving body paint)
🌸 ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
M.e. (Elise) is a freeform bass and ecstatic dance DJ, somatic guide, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and multifaceted space holder.
Through her project Wake Your Waters, she creates intentional spaces that invite people to feel, express, and connect deeply with their bodies and life force energy — empowering all to become artists of their own reality.
Her work blends music, movement, and emotional awareness to support authentic expression and embodied transformation.
If you’ve been to a women’s only Wake Your Waters dance, this is a deeper dive —
offering more time to drop in with your body, your expression, and your connection to others.
