Embodied Hearts: A Ceremony for Couples

Embodied Hearts is an intimate, heart-centered ceremony created for couples to deepen connection, presence, and love. Over the course of this two-hour experience, partners will be guided through practices designed to open the heart, soften the body, and strengthen emotional and energetic attunement with one another.

The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting warmth, intention, and shared presence. From there, couples will move through gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and release tension. The experience continues with eye-gazing meditation, open-hearted sharing, and Reiki, offering space to truly see, feel, and connect with one another beyond words.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your relationship in a sacred and supportive environment. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up together with open hearts.
