Welcome to the Embodied Groove® Movement Class happening at Ashkenaz Music & Dance Community Center! Join us for a fun and energizing movement class designed to help you connect with your body and groove to the music. This in-person event is a great way to let loose, move your body, and have a great time with others. No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to move! Come dance with us and feel the rhythm in your bones. See you on the dance floor!
