Come join us for a magical evening of singing circles where we celebrate the divine feminine ( shakti) within us all. Connect with your inner goddess through the power of somatic embodiment, mantra and chanting in community. This in-person event will be held at 1757 Matthews Ave, a sacred space for us to come together and harmonize our voices. No singing experience necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to be present. Let's raise our voices and spirits together in this empowering and embodied experience. See you there!

Flow of Super Soul Self-Care Sunday:

~ 6-630pm: drink vegan, warming caffeine-free Ayurvedic peppermint chai, settle in, rest

~ 630~ 7: somatic warm up, expressive movement, kriyas for awakening womb + throat chakra

~ 7~8pm: goddess mantra chanting exploring sacred sound frequencies with different tantric goddess archetype each session ( Durga, Kali, Lakshmi ) + mudras ( sacred hand positions)

~ 8 ~ 9pm: partner practice, group shares + closing circle
