Celebrate the Autumn Equinox as we journey through reflective journaling, embodied somatic movement, meditation and sound healing
About this Event

Join Steph, The Yoga Psychologist & Founder of the House of Yoga Psychology, for a 3 hour journey of EMBODIED EQUINOX

You will be guided on a 3 hour journey... a beautiful blend of yoga and psychology, through insightful discussion, psychology reflective writing exercise, embodied movement integrating somatic inquiry and yoga therapy, sound healing and some extra special goodie bags.

Following the heart-centred soul-led success of the launch event on Summer Solstice, we gather again in community, to connect inwards, come home to ourselves and celebrate the cycles of nature on the Autumn Equinox.

This time of year honours an equal amount of light and dark ahead of the winter months and marks abundance before the harvest... we are being called to find the light within and cultivate gratitude for what we have.

This is an opportunity to rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with yourself deeply...

About Steph - The Yoga Psychologist, Founder of House of Yoga Psychology

Hi, I'm Steph, aka The Yoga Psychologist.... a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist, Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience working in mental health...

Welcome to my House.... House of Yoga Psychology… the home for integrated healing... the spiritual sanctuary created for your personal growth and professional development.

The House is established on solid foundations to support you in your journey of embodiment, education and empowerment.

It’s my dharma to share the healing powers of yoga and psychology with the world...

to support others in their healing journey for a calm mind, strong body and open heart

and to lead the way for those wanting to expand their learning and development and empower their business in yoga and psychology

I do this by offering person-centred and integrated therapy, events, training courses and mentorship in yoga and psychology, promoting both as inclusive of everybody and every body. I work with diverse communities, apply the latest evidence and research, train and educate others, advocate for equality against stigmatisation and discrimination, and empower individuals to live a life with meaning and purpose.

I have authored several articles, research papers and a book chapter; co-founded the MoreMind project with MoreYoga, and founded The Yoga Psychologist (1:1 therapies) and House of Yoga Psychology Ltd (integrating yoga and psychology for personal healing, professional development, training and education).
