Energy isn’t something you think about, it’s something you feel.When your energy is flowing, you feel clear, grounded, creative, open. When it’s stagnant, you feel foggy, tense, reactive, or disconnected. Our Embodied Energy workshop is an invitation to step out of your head and into your body to experience your Chakras not as theory, but as lived sensation.
In this immersive workshop, Kate will guide you through a gentle, accessible practice designed to bring awareness to and activate the seven main Chakras. Through gentle movement and breathwork, you will have the opportunity to learn where each energy center is located in your body, and how to connect with them.
As you explore the seven main Chakras, Kate will guide you through meditation and affirmations, creating space to listen inward, notice patterns, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
The experience will culminate in a deeply restorative crystal singing bowl sound meditation, allowing vibration and frequency to integrate the work, soften blockages, and restore energetic flow.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Movements will be slow, supportive, and accessible to all bodies, whether you prefer to be seated or on a mat.
