Embodied Echo is a sacred, two‑part somatic journey designed to bring you back into intimate relationship with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. This immersive evening weaves gentle Qi Gong, guided meditation, and a restorative sound bath into one continuous ritual of release, recalibration, and remembrance.
Created as a space to slow down and listen deeply, Embodied Echo invites you to move energy, soften the nervous system, and allow sound to carry you into rest. No prior experience is needed-only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Energetic Exchange::
Embodied Echo is offered on a sliding scale of $22–$88.
This range is intentional—honoring accessibility, community care, and energetic reciprocity. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. You are invited to choose the amount that feels aligned with your capacity and the value you receive.
What to Bring
To support your comfort and relaxation, please bring:
💕A yoga mat or sleeping pad
💕Blankets and pillows (the floors can be hard and cold)
💕Loose, comfortable clothing for easy movement
💕Water to stay hydrated
💕Optional items for personal grounding: crystals, journals, eye masks, or sacred objects
A limited number of cushions and props will be available for those who need them but they aren’t that comfortable so strongly suggest you bring your own.

This gathering is trauma‑aware, body‑affirming, and welcoming to all identities. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and modify movements in a way that feels safe and supportive. Embodied Echo is not a performance—it is a remembering. A return to the quiet intelligence within you.
