We will hear from Doug Johnson, Founder of award-winning sustainability consultancy Mesh Energy, who will share case studies and insights into delivering net zero carbon buildings. Doug will also introduce Mesh Energy’s new peer-to-peer platform, designed to connect individuals and organisations actively working to reduce emissions.

Guest speaker: ACAN! (Architects Climate Action Network)

ACAN! is a network focused on decarbonising the built environment by connecting individuals and professionals responding to the climate and ecological crisis. Their Climate Literacy Group has developed a workshop exploring our relationship with materials, inspired by Kate Raworth’s Doughnut Economics, and considering both carbon impacts and wider social and ecological consequences across a material’s life cycle.
