City of Leicester: Holocaust Memorial Day Event 2026

You are warmly invited to this year's event on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at 7pm

Programme includes.

• "The Student Experience" - by, young people who have visited Auschwitz
• Address by Professor Aubrey Newman, former Director of the Stanley Burton Centre for Holocaust & Genocide Studies
• Musical Interlude- cello recital
• Reading of short stories by winners of the Paul Winstone Memorial Competition ,
  and presentation of prizes

This event is open to all and there will be refreshments.
