This experience invites you to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply profound way.

Held on a monthly basis
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
See below for the current schedule and reserve your space.

Upcoming:

January 15

ABOUT THE EVENING:

The evening will begin with some guided practices and prompts to get you out of your head and into your body. Then we will move, breathe and connect with ourselves and with each other. This is an opportunity to awaken your full human potential. Each ceremony is a bit different, but you can expect some partner/connection exercises (to awaken our social selves), some free-form and guided movement (to awaken our creativity and somatic selves), and some deep conscious breathing (to tap us into a heightened state of consciousness). You will be held in a safe, supportive container, guided by facilitators who value self-responsiblity and who are trauma informed.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a potent self-healing practice which circulates energy in the body, releasing emotional + physical blockages. We facillitate Conscious Connected Breathwork, which is a circular, rythmic breath in and out of the mouth. This style of breathing can stir up stuck energy, but when approached with ease and with good quality breathing mechanics, will help you let go of what is not longer serving you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Breathwork is detoxifying for the body and balances the nervous system. This style of breathwork is practiced laying down on your back for about 1 hour, followed by a deep relaxation.
