Embodied Awareness & Sustainable Being WorkshopJoin us for an experience of embodied awareness of self and environment as you explore sustainable ways of inhabiting your own body. We’ll use the living creatures of the Butterfly House and principles of Alexander Technique as inspiration to discover greater ease in movement and in stillness. Sustainable being leads us to interact with our environment and others in ways that promote wholeness, growth and balance.
It is hot inside the Butterfly House. Dress comfortably. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to lie down on (optional).
