Gentle Movement: Ease into your body with gentle, fluid movements. This will help you prepare for a state of deep relaxation and to open the heart and mind.
Deep Guided Meditation and Breathwork: Create a comfortable resting space as we guide you through a 75-minute transformative experience. Using the principles of yoga nidra, you will set an intention to guide your life and take you into deep brain states. Then through somatic breathwork, you’ll release blockages and let go of anything holding you back. This process will help you invite new sensations, emotions, and ways of being into your reality.
When the breathwork journey is over we will gently bring you back into reality and allow some time for integration through journaling and brief discussion.
