Your sexuality and heart are more than just concepts—they are alive, breathing forces within you, waiting to be fully connected and claimed. When these forces are unlocked and in collaboration with each other, they fuel your spark, your creativity, your softness and power, your joy and love. And will leave you deeply rooted in your own heart, body and self.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This will be a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, release, and expand—leaving you with a sense of wholeness, vibrancy, and joy. We’ll move through a dynamic flow of exercises, creating a wave of energy that carries you deeper into yourself and deeper into the connection with the others. Some moments will be fiery and raw, others soft and grounding or playful and liberating.

⭐Tantric Breathwork: Both individually and in pairs. Conscious connected breath that takes you beyond your mind and patterns opening the senses and a deep presence, opening to recieving and sharing, to life force and magic!
⭐Bioenergetics: A powerful release - using the breath, melting away armor and stagnation to awaken the wild, nourishing and vibrant flow of energy, joy and pleasure within you.
⭐Tantric Tools & Intimacy: We’ll explore connection — both with yourself and others — in ways that open for authenticity and heart- and body-opening intimacy
⭐Dance, Inquiry, Meditation, Healing Islands and more

YOUR FACILITATOR
Jeanina Dhara is a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodiment, power and sovereignty. She has worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, osho-therapies, tantra, coaching and inner child work with groups, couples and individuals around the world for about 20 years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for her and she’s been devoted ever since to live a heart centered, present life, supporting others who wish to do the same.
