Embodied Alignment - From Tension to Flow
What if the tension in your body isn’t something to fix… but something to listen to? Most of us carry stress in our bodies without even realising it — in posture, breath, movement patterns, and deep fascial holding. Over time, this can affect how we move, feel, and connect with ourselves. This workshop is an invitation to gently unwind those patterns and return to a state of natural flow.
What you’ll experience: A guided journey through movement, breath, and sound designed to support deep release, healing and nervous system regulation.
Part 1 – Embodied Movement (Jessica Lai)The Holistic Dance Physio. An introduction to the Embodied Transformation Method:• Release stored tension through guided myofascial release• Restore natural alignment and mobility patterns• Explore intuitive movement to reconnect with your body’s natural flow
Part 2 – Breathwork & Sound Healing (Sherylanne McLeod)Pure Bliss Metaverse• Breathwork to support emotional release and nervous system regulation• A deeply restorative sound bath to guide your body into deep parasympathetic healing and integration
