“Emancipation Proclamation” at Tallahassee, FL. We will meet 9:30am at the Old City Cemetery (400 W Park Ave) to participate in short ceremony, 1-2 of us might be needed on Rifle Team to fire 3 volleys (let me know if you are bringing a musket). The ceremony will be held in the far west section (near N Macomb St) where most/all of the Union Soldiers are buried. All of us will move to the Knott House at 11am to stand with crowd for the reading of the “Emancipation Proclamation”. We are only serving as “extras” in the crowd and not actively participating this year. We are adding realism to event by being in uniform.
