Elm City Crossfit is excited to host the THIRD annual May Classic!The May Classic is a 1 day fitness competition with 3-4 scored workouts that are all programmed to test athletes over a wide range of modalities. The workouts are fun and challenging to all participants - this competition is for any fitness level from Beginner to Experienced!
-2 Person Teams MM & FF
-Three Divisions: Rx, Int, Sx
-Swag Bag and Name Plate for teams who register before April 1st!
-2/3 Workouts (10-20Mins) + 1 Floater WOD (short duration)
-Professional Photographer Present - Leah Michaud!
-Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each division
