Elland phone box bookswap welcomes you to join them to celebrate this festive season on Saturday 6th of December!Everyone welcome from babies to adults. At this free event children can meet Santa and recieve a gift whilst adults can choose their own gift of a book.
There will also be:
- music from local musicians Hayley and Mehdi
- a cafe
- a selection of Christmas themed books to choose from
- '2 minute portraits' by Elland artist Bo Klos
- a sensory winter story by Project 52
- local artist Serena Rogers undertaking christmas art/crafts
We would love you to join us this festive season!
The event is at Southgate Church, main hall between 10.30-12pm (across the road from the phone box - enter by the car park)
Everyone is welcome - whether you are a family or adults. Pop in for a drink, choose yourself a book and listen to some festive live music. Children can meet Santa who will be providing wrapped gifts to those who attend!
This is a fully accessible, inclusive event.
The event is free. (Refreshments in the cafe are paid for)
