Join us during Earth Week to help clean up one of Detroit’s favorite green spaces with litter removal, landscaping & trail maintenance!About this Event
Event Schedule:
- 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. | Volunteer check-in, supply distribution and refreshments
- 10:15 a.m. | Opening remarks & team assignments
- 10:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. | Eliza Howell Park clean-up (litter removal, trimming and trail care)
- 1:50 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Wrap-up, group photo and volunteer appreciation
What to Expect:
- Volunteers will be divided into groups to cover different areas of the park, including woodland trails.
- Supplies (gloves, bags and tools) will be provided.
- Light snacks and water will be available. Please bring your own water bottle.
This is a family-friendly event - all are welcome! Bring your energy, wear comfortable clothes, and help us make a difference in our community.
