What to expect: A technical breakdown of all 4 strokes, an explosive starts and turns workshop, dryland mobility for injury prevention, and "The Collegiate Path" Q&A: Learn what it takes to swim at an elite level!
Registration: Members: $50 | Non-Members: $75
Registration includes lunch, snacks, and a t-shirt!
