Elfrida is an indie pop-rock band born between Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area, blending the warmth of vintage rock with the bite of modern indie pop—familiar hooks, journal-cut lyrics, and grooves that linger long after the lights go out. What began as recordings between songwriters Sandro Mastromatteo and Matt Kristan grew into a full-force band with the addition of Gordon Bosiljevac, Matt Del Conte, and Adam Filice, whose combined chemistry shaped their debut album Cold, Drunk, and Stoned. Named after the place where it all quietly began, Elfrida carries its past into every song—while writing firmly toward what’s next.
