Celebrating the beginning of summer and the renewal of the Green and fertile Earth with ritual, drum circles, workshops, dancing, hikes, music, and community among the trees of Lothlorien. Grand Council on Saturday afternoon is an opportunity for members to meet with council & other members to discuss issues, share ideas and updates, and to voice concerns.As we continue our cycle through the elements for the next few major festivals, the theme for ELF Fest 2026 is the element of WATER*. Mind you, we’re not invoking rain during the festival, we’ve had plenty of Muddy Fests, Aquafests, and Tarp-a-paloozas. We’re celebrating the element itself emotion, feelings, love, kindness, love, what flows and flowers and connects us all, the Heart of the Heart Tree.

Registration Open April 1– May 17 (Both Full Festival and Day Passes)
Full Fest Members: $140
Full Fest Non-Members $160
Day Passes -$50 Friday & Saturday $40 other days (includes overnight)
No charge for kids 12 and under. *
Adults 65+ membership only-no fest fees
If you have a problem with preregistering before the cutoff because you won't get paid in time, etc. please let us know and we will happily work with you.
* Please complete your child's information form and sign up for free range bracelets online when you register.
We are still open to workshop presenters, discussion leaders and entertainers. Share your knowledge by offering a workshop to share your skills or knowledge on spirituality, nature, crafts, alternative technology, etc. or lead a discussion to talk to others interested in the same topic you are.
Work Barters: If you can’t afford the festival fees, we have some work exchanges (aka barters) available helping with the labor of running the festival: parking, registration, 1st Aid, Field Services (picking up trash, hauling wood, making sure the porta-potties have supplies, etc.) You need to be a member, to barter.
Members are welcome to vend from their campsites without any additional applications or fees. We do ask that you set up deep instead of wide so there’s plenty of room on the circle for everyone. If you plan on vending food, please let us know in advance and you must have a temporary food permit from the Lawrence County Health Department.

Please do not arrive early unless you have contacted us in advance and plan to help with final festival prep and set-up
Festival camping is primitive with fire pits for cooking etc. (We are not setup for and do not have space for large RVs.) Water is available on site, including a filtered tap for drinking water. Please bring refillable containers for water. Ice is also available on site for a donation to cover costs. Firewood is provided for Elvin HOME events. Limited recycling is available during festivals only; please take your trash with you. Clean up after yourself; don’t leave things behind. We will be using porta-potties until we can upgrade our privies for health department compliance.
No pets allowed during festivals.
