Elevation Yoga: A Grounded Flow to Elevate Your Energy
Come unwind at one of DC's most unique wellness experiences — a beginner-friendly yoga class hosted right inside Yemaya's Lounge, a medicinal dispensary in the heart of Georgia Avenue.
🌿 What to Expect This is a 90-minute experience designed to help you arrive, settle in, and elevate your mind–body connection.
First 30 minutes — Arrive & Settle In Check in, get comfortable, and explore the lounge.
60-minute Yoga Class — Move & Breathe Led by certified yoga instructor Jeremiah Lowery, this slow, grounding flow focuses on breath, gentle movement, and full-body relaxation. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. No judgment. No pressure. Just good energy.
