Elevating Birth: A Birth Worker Lunch + Learn

Join us in person for an interactive workshop that will include live demonstrations of key components of a holistic pelvic floor evaluation during pregnancy as well as a whole-body birth prep session you can confidently integrate into your own care and referrals. We'll explore how pelvic floor therapy fits into pregnancy and birth prep from a root-cause, head-to-toe perspective.

There will be dedicated Q & A time, open discussion, and intentional networking opportunities throughout the event. Bring your brochures, business cards, and resources -- this is a space to connect, collaborate, and exchange information with fellow birth workers who share a passion for supporting families.
