ELEVATED- Silent Rooftop Stretch

ELEVATE your evening with a premium silent rooftop stretch courtesy of City Glow Yoga, The Teacher Chelsea & Rock Events.

Start your evening off right by exploring local vendors, enjoying spectacular views on the rooftop & listening to the soulful sounds of Musical Curator Kaels.

At 8:00 PM, The Teacher Chelsea will guide you through a rejuvenating silent stretch focused on flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness w/ the sounds of Kaels. At the end of the session, The Teacher Chelsea will lead you on a journaling experience to set your intentions for the month ahead. We'll close the night with a special raffle featuring prizes from local businesses.

Dates for August and September will be announced on Instagram and Eventbrite when they become available. Space is limited, so be sure to grab your ticket early.
