Elevated Asana: Flower Friendly Yoga
Come join us for a unique yoga experience at The Big Love Yoga Barn! We begin this class with a sacred smoke ritual practiced by many indigenous cultures reminding us we are both Human and Divine. We combine movement and music to embody this higher perspective to the sounds of tribal music, afrobeats, amapiano, house, and soul. The class is held weekly on Sunday at 7pm. Bring your own favorite flowers or buy a prepared organic herbs wrapped in a rose or lotus to compliment your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome to join.
