Angelo Del Monaco is a real estate investor, agent, and founder of the Agent Cash Flow brand. He began his real estate journey in 2017 by purchasing his first house hack—a two-family property—coming from humble beginnings and using very limited resources without any prior experience or family background in real estate. Like many first-time investors, that initial deal came with a learning curve and real-world growing pains that took roughly six months to stabilize, but once it did, it introduced Angelo to the power of rental income and cash flow and set the foundation for everything that followed.
Through strategies such as house hacking, cash-out refinances, BRRRR, lines of credit, fix n' flips, and 1031 tax-advantaged exchanges, Angelo scaled his portfolio to 11 multifamily properties totaling 26 doors, with over 30 doors projected before the end of 2026. In 2021, he replaced his W-2 income through rental cash flow and left his career in pharmaceutical sales to pursue real estate full-time. He continues to live the strategy today and currently resides in a three-family house hack along with his growing family.
As a licensed agent since 2020, Angelo has helped nearly 100 buyers acquire multifamily and cash-flowing investment properties, closing over $50 million in total sales. His mission is simple: help everyday people start from zero, buy their first property, and build a real estate portfolio that creates long-term financial freedom.
