Come join us for a restorative sound bath experience where you’ll recalibrate your mind, body, and energy.
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and healing vibrations from seven premium quartz crystal singing bowls, an ethereal crystal harp, rain sounds, and a planetary gong. Whether you’re new to sound baths or already familiar, the frequencies are intentionally designed to help you activate and balance your energy centers.
No experience is needed, just come as you are. Simply lay back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, pillows or cushions for comfort, water, and comfortable, loose clothing.
