Held in a beautifully intimate setting—a hidden speakeasy inside Great Wagon Road Distillery—this retreat offers an experience that’s both luxurious and grounding. We’ll move through a combination of gentle yoga, a deeply restorative sound bath, and a reflective journaling workshop, all while enjoying the warmth of community.

In between, enjoy a sip from our private bar, explore local vendors and more. This day is all about honoring yourself and taking the time to pour back into your own well-being.

Everyone is welcome, and the energy we’ll create is designed to help you step into your power, recharge, and walk away feeling uplifted. This is your space to rest, reflect, and rise.

Agenda:

11:00 AM – Settle In & Sip

Ease into the day with a drink from our private bar as we settle into the candle-lit barrel room, creating a calm, inviting space for self-care.

11:15 AM – Set Intentions

We’ll ground ourselves with breathwork and a group intention-setting practice. This is where we align our energy for the day and focus on what we want to manifest and release.

11:30 AM – Stretch & Flow

Move through a gentle yoga stretch, suitable for all levels, to release tension and open your body to receive the benefits of the day’s practices.

12:15 PM – Sacred Sound Bath

Bathe in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls during a deeply relaxing sound bath. This immersive experience will leave you feeling balanced and at peace.

1 PM – Snack & Shop (Break)

Take a break to enjoy snacks and explore the offerings from our local vendors.

1:15 PM – Explore Through Journaling

Our journaling workshop will guide you through prompts designed to encourage deep self-reflection and clarity. Whether you’re a seasoned journaler or new to it, this space is for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

1:45 PM – Soulful Circle

We’ll close the day with a sharing circle, allowing space for anyone who feels called to share insights or reflections from the retreat. This is a sacred space to connect and uplift one another.

2 PM – Sip, Shop & Dance

Wrap up the day by visiting our local vendors offering chair massages, skincare, journals, and more. Keep sipping and take time to connect with the community as you enjoy the vibe.
