This special yoga session is designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and recharge your energy so you can continue showing up as your best self — both professionally and personally.
🧘♀️ Our yoga teacher, Muning Hu ERYT500, brings 14 years of yoga teaching experience and will guide us through a calm, relaxing, inclusive, and beginner-friendly session focused on light movements, breathing, and meditation; no prior experience needed to attend.
