‘Elements of Nature’ Retreat Days

Join us at the beautiful and harmonious yurt, where we will explore our holistic well-being and connection to nature through our ‘Elements of Nature’ monthly Retreat Days.
Our first monthly Retreat Day is the element of Water, where we will focus on the powerful, life-affirming flow of water, the depth of our being, the fluidity of our movement and minds, the natural willpower of life energy, and the purifying and relaxing aspects that water can give us.
Guided Meditation will be used to connect and harness the powerful and relaxing element of water. Through positive affirmations, we will connect with our inner voice to unlock our natural and individual willpower and life purpose.
In our Yoga Flow session, we will explore the use of movement and breath to create the flowing, smooth, and cooling aspects that the qualities of water can embody within us. Your individual Shiatsu massage treatment will support the Meridian flow of water within the body to replenish, relax and restore your holistic well-being.
During our Eco Art Therapy, you will learn how to make sustainable and eco-friendly art, connecting you with nature through natural materials and embracing the water element through your self-expression and creativity.
We will enjoy a healthy, nutritious vegan/vegetarian meal using Asian traditions and Modern nutrition to help heal the body with delicious whole foods. Lastly, we wind down and participate in a Relaxation session that will allow your body to deeply relax and leave you feeling restored and full of life-affirming vitality.
The Retreat days are led by Amber Hale, an experienced Yoga Teacher, Shiatsu Practitioner and Forest School Leader and Tara Galvin, owner of The Ash Tree, skilled mental health practitioner, social prescriber, and creative eco-art practitioner for health and well-being.
The Retreat Days include yoga mats, blankets, and all art materials needed for the eco-art therapy workshop. Plus, you can take your creations home with you!
In addition to a delicious vegan/vegetarian lunch, herbal teas and organic coffees will be available throughout the day. (Please let us know if you have any allergies.)
