πβ¨Join me on Sunday, Nov 24th from 11:30am to 1pm at Ganpati Om Downtown to explore the power of breathwork π¨β¨πThis breathwork journey incorporates rhythmic breathing with intentionally curated music to encourage the mind into an altered state of consciousness; a place where the suppressed emotions can be brought to the surface, healed and released. Breathwork is also used to connect spiritually and to the collective consciousness. It also aids in resetting and regulating the nervous system, leaving you with a sense of calm at the end of your breathwork journey. I am a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork facilitator, who will provide a safe and supportive space for you to dive deep into your inner experience.
Investment: $40 (message me on Facebook, email me at [email protected] or DM me on Instagram at Thebreathislife to register and receive payment instructions.
