You are invited to explore and harness their energy, learn about each element, and discover ways to create your own rituals and practices that support you, offering practical anchors to realign throughout this season and the year ahead.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Circle
Arrive and settle! Take a deep breath, relax into our beautiful space, and enjoy wild snacks and refreshing drinks available throughout the day.
Earth – Grounding & Rooting
Foraging walk and connection to nature, followed by a grounding ritual.
Water – Flow & Evolve
Release and flow by the peaceful River Ware, connecting with the energy of water.
Air – The Dreaming
Explore how we can evolve and plant seeds for the season ahead.
Seasonal Beautiful Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing, seasonal meal.
Fire – Transform & Rebirth
Guided meditation and closing ceremony to honor transformation and renewal.
