Tickets are offered at full price, or donation with no questions asked (suggested donation £10 but you're entirely welcome to put whatever is affordable for you, all donations are accepted with gratitude)

Cacao is prepared in a vegan kitchen to a vegan recipe.
Recipe: Venezuelan Ceremonial Cacao, filtered water, unsweetened oat milk, maple syrup. Option to add Cayenne pepper dusted Rose petals.
I'm very excited to announce another Elemental Body Connection Dance!
In this space we'll be beginning by taking in Cacao to support our full body activation. Acknowledging with gratitude the hands it has passed through to reach us.
We'll then be beginning to activate our bodies through tapping, sweeping, and shaking; until we're more ready to begin our movement journey.
We'll start by travelling through each element.
Earth-Water-Air-Fire-Æther
I'll give examples of how they present in the natural world around us, then how they present within our bodies. Different states the element can appear in; ice, breeze, mountain, then there'll be time to express these different states and characteristics through dance to a carefully selected song. After we've travelled through all Elements, the uninterupted playlist will begin for you to flow however you're inspired to. Alchemising the elements through yourself into expressive movement.
We'll have some time at the end to gently bring ourselves back down. Water, fruit, blankets, and art supplies will be available for you to process your time however is most nourishing.

Cacao contains a mild stimulant and may be unsuitable for those with heart issues, who take SSRIs or anti-psychotics, are pregnant/breastfeeding. Please feel welcome to message me with any queries or concerns at [email protected]
The Cacao within your cup is entirely yours. You are under no expectation to finish it if you'd rather have a reduced amount, and may consume at your leisure from the first guided sip.
To Bring:
-Cups are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer.
-Mats, cushions, and blankets are also provided but you again are free to bring your own.
-I will have two jugs of water and cups available in the room from the beginning of our space opening, but you may bring your own water also.
