About this Event
We begin with the sacred medicine of ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant teacher known to activate heart-centered awareness and soften emotional layers. As we sip this rich, nourishing elixir, you’ll be invited into a space of intention and presence.
From there, we move into conscious breathwork, a powerful practice to regulate the nervous system, awaken life force energy, and clear emotional or energetic blockages. Each breath becomes a doorway inward—awakening clarity, courage, and calm. Somatic practices will be weaved in with breath to encourage release.
Next, receive hands-on or energetic healing support, helping to recalibrate and realign your body’s natural flow. This energy work offers deep grounding and emotional release, working in harmony with your breath and intention. The facilitators will be offering a blend of Kundalini reiki and Kundalini activation.
To close, we journey into an immersive sound bath, weaving crystal singing bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to soothe your entire system and seal in the evening’s transformation. The vibrations work at a cellular level, guiding you into a deep state of rest, reset, and renewal.

She offers transformative Reiki sessions, sacred cacao ceremonies, and a curated selection of Reiki-infused crystals and metaphysical goods. Rooted in heart-centered care and spiritual alignment.
