Come out on Thursday nights and join a free space for tinkering. Bring your current project, get some help, help others or just use the time and space to get some work done.We have a free space compliments of Kingsgate Mall, shared with the Mount Pleasant Menders. Tables, chairs, music, it's all there.
We're usually in the empty store beside VT's cafe. If we're not there we're in the other empty store by the stairs. Event runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm every week.

A bit about the meetup:
After endlessly saying "I'm going to work on that project soon" I decided to start setting aside a few hours every week to tinker on my many projects. Now it has turned into something social I look forward to every week.
Projects we've tinkered on:
- Repairing an electric toothbrush & hair dryer
- Connecting sensors to an ESP32 microcontroller
- Getting a touchscreen running off of a Raspberry Pi
- Controlling addressable LED strips over wifi
- Learning to solder better
- Replacing battery packs in consumer electronics
