To celebrate the opening of our new space, RICM is offering a special series of STEAM workshops during winter vacation week, taking place December 26th-January 3rd, for students ages 8-13.About This Program
Why does a light turn on with the flip of a switch? How does a motor spin? Electricity is all around us, and now you get to understand how it works! Through hands-on activities, you will explore how elements like resistors, capacitors, LEDs, sensors, and motor driver boards perform specific roles within a circuit. You’ll also learn how electricity flows, how to measure it with a multimeter, and how to troubleshoot when something doesn’t work, all while creating cool projects like blinking lights and a mini traffic signal. Ages 10-13 years.
Workshop Dates: December 26th–January 3rd
Schedule: Complete workshop details and registration information are available via the link below and in the attached flyer.
