Its Bumpin', its Electric, its at Monarch. Its ElectricBump!, Soma's premiere first Thursday Night party. All night, ElectricBump! brings you house, techno, and disco with two levels of vibes.
We have the Bay Area legend, Black Panda, blessing us with his brand of New York and Chicago house. With his Pandamonium parties and BIPOC Beats Collective, Black Panda has fostered a community of like minded house heads across the Bay Area. Known for dropping his own tracks and remixes, plus possessing an incredibly diverse taste, Black Panda always drops a bespoke and groovy set from first to last track.
Also this month vRok and DVTCHESS are doing a debut B2B set, vRok’s bangin tech house mixed with DVTCHESS’s playa bread progressive and deep house, this will be one for the books. Eclectic and refined defines DJ Parrots sound. Djing since middle school, DJ Parrot has the tools to keep the dancefloor movin’ all night. And rounding out downstairs is Faster K*ll Faster B2B Booty Juice. An iconic duo with connections to Baaahs and Dad SF, spinning some of the crunchiest house you’ll ever hear. Its a December to remember house event.
ILLBORN is a longtime fixture of SF dance floors, most notably as a member of the Motown On Mondays crew that has been rocking Madrone on the regular for over a decade! ILLBORN is known for his playful mixing of genres while keeping the floor moving.
Known for her Melodies of Love parties and her all women and non-binary talent agency, Heart of Gold DJs, CHERRY PIE is a human disco encyclopedia! Expect a whole lotta funky, struttin classic and contemporary disco.
Opening and closing the night, event runner HUFFY brings his brand of "bitchy disco house" back to the Monarch Lounge. You don't want to miss this!
