The El Concilio California Small Business Forum, presented in conjunction with the San Joaquin County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and USC Stanislaus Stockton Campus, is a unique free three-day professional development symposium that brings together entrepreneurs to learn about best practices and participate in an interactive business planning, development and management that will serve the needs of the variety of stakeholders in expanding and strengthening their independent businesses and start-up companies.
