Presented by Michael Robinson, this guided dinner will highlight the château’s signature style—silky textures, perfumed aromatics, and the unmistakable finesse of Margaux—paired with a menu crafted to elevate each wine’s complexity.This five‑course experience opens with a beautifully fresh Chablis Premier Cru, followed by multiple vintages and labels from Château Lascombes, showcasing both youthful precision and the graceful evolution of aged Bordeaux.

Château Lascombes—classified as a Second Growth in the historic 1855 Classification—is known for producing some of the most polished, aromatic wines of the Médoc. Through multiple vintages and cuvées, we’ll explore how terroir, structure, and time shape the house’s identity.

Begin in Chablis with a mineral‑driven Premier Cru before diving into the supple richness of Margaux reds—from approachable young expressions to refined, cellar‑worthy classics.

Throughout the evening, Michael Robinson will share insights on vintage variation, winemaking philosophy, and what makes Margaux one of Bordeaux’s most enchanting appellations.
