Join us at EHP Performance for a high-energy, empowering strength experience in partnership with lululemon. This event is designed to show you that strength isn’t just for the gym—it’s for carrying groceries, chasing your kids, preventing injury, and building confidence in everything you do.
We’ll kick things off by teaching and training one of the most foundational movements in strength: the deadlift. A true expression of total-body power. From there, you’ll move through simple, effective accessory exercises to build support and resilience where it matters most.
Then, we bring it all together with a fun, team-based conditioning circuit featuring sled pushes, farmer carries, and other functional, no-experience-needed movements that challenge your grit and leave you feeling strong.
Whether you’re brand new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, this event is designed to meet you where you’re at and show you what your body is capable of.
