A guided, somatic journey using conscious, connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a return to presence.

Reiki & Sound Healing

Reiki is a gentle energy healing modality that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner harmony. Sound healing instruments will support this experience, guiding you into a meditative and restorative state.
