Egg Tarts & Indie Anime Screening

Join us in person for the first ever screening of Studio MoonMoon's 大星DAISING trailer! DAISING is an action comedy anime series about the lengths an optimistic girl goes to protect her four-legged friend in a dog-eat-dog world. The night will be filled with games, nostalgic snacks and anime chatter.

If you want to see more Chinese culture represented in media and support independent animation in NYC, we hope you'll back our crowdfunding campaign which will launch at the end of April.

Inspired by Chinese mythology and Cantonese culture, director Ellen Su will be present to do a Q&A. Since egg tarts are the main character's favorite food, come sample different kinds from bakeries around NYC!
