About this Event
We are excited to host an egg hunt with the Kids at Severn Run and our community! Join us on Sunday, March 22, from 3:00-5:30pm at our church building. Families are welcome to attend the hunt for thousands of eggs! There are two ticket times and four egg hunts! We have a 3pm ticket, with a 6 year old and up egg hunt at 3:30pm and a 5 year old and under egg hunt at 3:45pm. We also have a 4pm ticket, with a 6 year old and up egg hunt at 4:30pm and a 5 year old and under egg hunt at 4:45pm. This year, participants will be able to pick up eggs and then turn them in for prizes. All of the egg hunts will take place on the same field, the older kids will go first and then we will reset the field for the younger kids.
Stick around for some free activities and purchase treats from various food trucks! We will have inflatables, interactive experiences, sensory bus, food trucks, and more. We look forward to seeing you here and celebrating the Easter season and the egg hunt together!

Do I have to arrive at 3pm and stay until 5:30pm?
You are welcome to arrive and depart at anytime! The lines for activities and food open at 3pm and everything will be open through 5:30pm. We do ask that you pick a ticket for 3pm or 4pm to signal what time you plan to arrive, this helps us plan and prepare for you and your party. You can plan to arrive at your ticket time and participate in one of the egg hunts. You are welcome to enjoy all of the activities and leave whenever your party is ready. Line for activites and food trucks may start to close between 5:15-5:30pm.
Is this event free? Do I need to get a ticket online?
Tickets and check in are not required. This event is free, the only thing that costs $ at this event are the food trucks. Tickets are not required for attending this event, getting tickets helps us plan and create a better event for our guests.
What ages are allowed to participate in this event?
This event is for all children and their families. The Egg Hunt is meant for kids 5th grade and younger. There will be an egg hunt for kids who are 6 years old and up at 3:30pm and 4:30pm, and there will be an egg hunt for kids who are 5 years old and under at 3:45pm and 4:45pm.
Do all ages find eggs at the same time and place?
Each egg hunt will have thousands of eggs to find inside of one large field. There will be an egg hunt for kids who are 6 years old and up at 3:30pm and 4:30pm, and there will be an egg hunt for kids who are 5 years old and under at 3:45pm and 4:45pm. Families with children in both age groups can simply allow their older kids to go first, then we will quickly reset the field and have the younger kids go.
What candy will be offered?
Children will be able to find and pick up a lot of eggs, it'll be fun! This year, the eggs will be empty. Once the eggs are picked up, there will be stations for kids to trade in their eggs for a prize! All candy is wrapped and will be fun major name brand candies like starburst, m&ms, hershey, and more.
Where do I park?
We have parking all around our building. There will be county police officers and volunteer teams to assist. Please drive slow and keep your eyes open for other guests. There is handicap parking around the building.
Is there a rain plan?
Yes. In the event of heavy rain or severe weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule the Egg Hunt. We will also send email updates through eventbrite with any changes or weather related updates.
