This class explores the balance between effort and ease in the body and mind. We begin with a gentle, mindful flow to build warmth, strength, and steady breath. As the practice unfolds, movement gradually softens, guiding you into supported restorative poses that invite deep relaxation and release.Through breath, movement, and stillness, you’ll have the opportunity to shift from doing, into simply being—allowing the body to unwind and the mind to settle. This class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and deeply restored. Feel free to bring and additional props such as blocks and your favorite blanket.
