Eduplex 1440 MTB Race 2026Join us for the Eduplex 1440 MTB Race 2026, one of Pretoria’s premier endurance mountain biking events, taking place from Friday 24 April to Sunday 26 April 2026 at Eduplex Sport, Queenswood.
Now in its fifth annual edition, the Eduplex 1440 MTB Race has grown significantly since its inaugural event in 2021, with rider numbers more than doubling over the years. Planning for 2026 is in full swing, and we’re aiming to raise the bar even higher.
Event Formats
• 6 Hour MTB Race
• 24 Hour MTB Race (Solo & Relay)
• Night Trail Run (Friday evening)
The route is designed to offer a rewarding challenge without anything unrideable, with refinements to improve flow — particularly during the night sections. Riders will experience a unique course that showcases the full Eduplex facility, including the Power Zone, Skills Track, Test Zone, and routes through both the High School and Primary School campuses.
The race village, located at the Eduplex Test Zone, will offer catering, showers, bathrooms, camping facilities, sponsor displays, chill zones, food and entertainment — ensuring a great experience for riders, supporters and spectators alike.

Eduplex is a dual-medium, three-phase educational institution that provides mainstream education to learners who are hearing impaired or who experience profound hearing loss. Through innovative teaching methods and technology, learners are fully included in academic, sporting and cultural activities.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Senior, Junior and Product sponsorship options are available. Eduplex is a registered NPO and can issue Section 18A certificates for qualifying sponsorships and donations.
