About this Event
Educators hold so much, not only lesson plans and responsibilities, but the emotional weight of the children and communities they serve. This gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe, and receive.
Guided by community healer and energy medicine practitioner Alejandra “Alex” Villalobos-McAnderson, this experience will weave together a gentle cacao ceremony, guided breathwork, reflection, and collective care. Together we will create a supportive space where educators can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and release what they’ve been carrying.
So often teachers are the ones pouring into others. This evening is about pouring back into you, honoring your heart, your service, and the role you play in shaping the lives of our children and community.
Participants will leave feeling grounded, supported, and reconnected to their own well-being so they can continue their work with renewed energy and intention.
