Future Educational Leaders Conference
We are delighted to invite you to our Future Educational Leaders Conference: Workshop, Networking, and Lunch event taking place on October 20th 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers and people who work in the education industry.
The main focus of the event is to connect education leaders in the region, share stories that inspire the education industry and offer a valuable workshop on how ethos is developed and embedded. We will also be sharing with you some information about our MA in Educational Leadership in Practice through our alumni & current students.
All participants will get a digital certificate from The University of Manchester.
About Jennifer Durston
Jennifer is currently the MYP Coordinator at North London Collegiate School Dubai. She has a wealth of experience developing curriculum models to successfully deliver the requirements of the IB. She believes in the importance of ensuring collaborative planning strategies are in place to allow staff to work together to embed authentic interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary experiences for students.
Jennifer completed her MA in Educational Leadership in Practice at The University of Manchester in 2022 with a distinction. Her main focus throughout her studies was on international education and looking at the challenges of leading the MYP Curriculum in International schools. Jennifer is a member of the Chartered College of Teaching and is committed to research-based practice, currently exploring the benefits of interdisciplinary learning within the IB curriculum.
