With 30 years of international experience driving people development, operational excellence and business transformation, Ian has held senior leadership roles with Salesforce, Cisco and Nike — bringing together deep experience in strategy, change and global delivery. He's lived and worked in Japan, the US, continental Europe as well as the UK.

Ian holds a Master’s in Theology from the University of Oxford and is passionate about CSR, Sustainability and Equality. He feels passionately about the role that business should play in impacting lives both at the individual level but at the societal & planetary level.

Outside of work he is a guide-runner, hiker, cyclist, writer, reader and an inordinately fortunate husband and father.

His expertise spans leadership and change management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic development, with a focus on creating fairer, more inclusive systems across the Higher Education and Social Enterprise sectors.
