Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or other hypermobility syndromes can be isolating, confusing, and exhausting. This group offers a supportive space to connect, share experiences, and feel understood by others who truly get it!
What to Expect:
• Peer support and shared experiences
• Gentle education around hypermobility and body care
• A welcoming, judgment-free environment
• Open to adults with EDS or hypermobility (diagnosed or suspected)
