You’ll start by discovering how to prepare authentic sushi rice, mix your own sushi vinegar, and balance flavor and texture like a true sushi chef.
Then, you’ll get hands-on practice making:

• Thick Sushi Rolls (Futomaki)
• California Rolls (Uramaki)
• Salmon and Shrimp Nigiri
